On the night before election day, join Avi Lewis and the campaign team at an unmissable celebration of joy, resistance, and voter power—Drag the Vote, hosted by the fabulous folks at the Dogwood Monarchist Society and DragTheVote.ca.

This event isn’t free—but it’s worth every penny. Your $10 goes to support queer organizers building voter engagement from the ground up. And it’s a powerful way to show up for the 2SLGBTQ+ community, just as they show up for all of us.

The evening features high-energy performances from iconic Vancouver queens including Jaylene Tyme and Mina Mercury, plus a political panel with Vancouver Centre candidates—including our own Avi and the other one running against him—digging into what’s at stake in this election: 2SLGBTQ+ rights, affordability, and Trump’s growing impact on Canada’s economy and democracy.

• It’s a chance to bring friends, supporters, and voters together in celebration before a serious election day.
